The Cook/Hold Cabinet is a mobile unit with electronic solid-state controls featuring an easy-to-operate knob. Offering natural browning and the capability to cook at 350°F while holding at 250°F, it has a spacious capacity for (16) bun pans or (32) steam table pans. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, it is equipped with 5" casters, 2 of which swivel with locks, and 2 are rigid. Operating on 208-240v/50/60/1-ph, it has a power rating of 5700/7590 watts and 28.0/32.0 amps, with a cord featuring NEMA 6-50P. Note: Ovens are available in single phase only, and the unit is cUL certified.
