The double-deck version of the Cook/Hold Cabinet, also mobile and with mechanical temperature controls, includes (6) wire shelves and roasts at 250°F. With a capacity for (16) sheet pans or (32) hotel pans, it comes with a stacking kit for convenience. The stainless steel construction ensures durability, and it moves on 5" casters (2 swivel with locks, 2 rigid). Requiring two outlets, this unit is cULus and UL EPH certified.
