This versatile gas range with French tops features circular cast iron rings and lift off covers. Pans can be placed directly on the intense open flame when covers are removed. Temperatures gradually reduce toward the rear of each top for simmering. Tops have cast-in heat retaining projections underneath to absorb and defuse heat. Manual controls for each burner. The oven has an electronic ignition system with a single solenoid valve. The range comes with three chrome oven racks.
