This versatile gas range with French top features a circular cast iron ring and lift off cover. Pans can be placed directly on the intense open flame when cover is removed. Temperatures gradually reduce toward the rear of the top for simmering. Top has cast-in heat retaining projection underneath to absorb and defuse heat. Manual controls for the burner.
