You can set the time of preparing from 5 minutes to 99 hours and the temperature from 41℉ to 210℉. Moreover, the LED display on the front provides a "℉ or ℃" option, last temperature and time memory when turned on.
Thanks to a great combination of stainless steel and plastic construction elements, the item withstands commercial use and ensures superior performance following food service standards. It is ETL listed for safety (Canada & US) and sanitation. To make the cooking process more effective and convenient, this immersion circulator is compatible with ESV-BH and ESV-IB Winco items, which are sold separately.
