It includes a crumb tray for easy cleaning and is constructed with stainless steel on cooking grids, sides, control panel, top trim, removable heat shield, and backsplash. The unit stands on 4" adjustable legs, operates at 110,000 BTU, and holds certifications from CSA and NSF.
