The IRX™ Infrared Charbroiler is a gas-powered countertop unit with a length of 36-1/2". It is equipped with three 22,000 BTU burners featuring manual control and piezo ignition, along with a crumb tray for easy cleaning. The stainless steel construction encompasses cooking grids, sides, control panel, top trim, removable heat shield, and backsplash. The unit stands on 4" adjustable legs, operates at 66,000 BTU, and holds certifications from CSA and NSF.
