With (4) independent cooking zones and precise thermostatic controls, it provides versatility in cooking. The griddle includes a front grease trough & chute, side & rear splash guards, and a pressure regulator. It stands on 4" nickel-plated steel legs and has a stainless steel front panel, bullnose, and removable drip tray. Generating 80,000 BTU, it's cULus and UL EPH certified, and like its counterpart, it's Made in the USA and ships with an LP conversion kit.
