The countertop Griddle is a natural gas unit with a 24" W x 21" D cooking surface. Featuring (2) steel radiants and a 3/4" thick ultra-smooth polished steel plate, it has (2) independent cooking zones with thermostatic controls. The griddle includes front grease trough & chute, side & rear splash guards, and a pressure regulator. With 4" nickel-plated steel legs, stainless steel front panel, bullnose, and a removable drip tray, it operates at 40,000 BTU and is cULus and UL EPH certified. Made in the USA, the unit is shipped with an LP conversion kit.
