I am in the restaurant business for a long time, and I still remember these terrible plastic bags used for meat and fish. If I was told then that there would be a paper that works exactly like plastic, that it keeps all the juice inside and really protects the product, I wouldn't believe it. This one has changed my attitude towards paper completely. Really love it.
