I have never thought that a piece of paper can change the whole working process in my store. These are so handy! We haven't used pre-cut paper before, and I gotta say it really makes a difference. Plus, such a package with meat looks amazing, and this attracts people who appreciate the aesthetic side of cooking. A great number of local chefs come to buy meat and poultry for their restaurants here, and I see that they are quite pleased. I don't see any downsides in this paper. The pack has enough pieces, is white, and durable. A good offer for a butchery store like ours. The price is not that high as compared to similar products in the market, and the quality is even better. This is not something purchased in a dollar store, you know. And, probably, not something to use in cheap stores.

I would say that this paper is way too expensive. It's more than a dollar per piece, so it is definitely not for all goods. I'd never use it for chicken for example. In our shop, we only wrap pricey fish in it. Because otherwise, this would influence the price a lot and this is against our policies. But for salmon and things like that, it is a great choice - nice and really convenient.
