This is a very good paper roll. It doesn't stick a bit, and food doesn't absorb any additional smell. The roll is a great offer for its price, we ordered two the last time and haven't run out of paper yet. I figured a small cafe like ours didn't need to buy a lot. Plus, the delivery is quick and on-time, so I don't have to worry even if I make an order in the last minute.

A good option for a professional kitchen. But I still prefer bags for freezing meat and fish. They are much more convenient. I see the point in using paper but can't get used to it. Maybe, I'll search for pre-cut sheets to make the transition smoother.
