I bought both a roll of this paper and some pre-cut sheets. There is no difference in the way they work. And they really work! No sticking, no smells, nothing you have to wash to reuse. But sheets are more expensive, and I think it is a waste. I'll go back to rolls for most of the goods, but it is still nice to have a pack of these to use them from time to time.

I really hate doing things that slow the process down, like cutting paper. The kitchen is the place where everything has to work like a clock. These sheets and a number of other items I purchased from this store let me enjoy doing what I do without wasting my time on boring, unnecessary stuff.
