Refrigeration is provided by a 1/5 HP compressor, it utilizes environmentally friendly refrigerants using R134A as a working fluid; adjustable thermostat temperature range is 32-45 ℉; automatic defrost system included. The unit features two heavy duty drawers (with recessed handles) and six casters (3 locking, 3 non-locking), which make this chef base convenient and easily relocatable. Reliability is guaranteed by stainless steel interior/exterior and urethane insulation.
