The stainless steel top accommodates (30) 1/6 size pans and includes (2) removable 1/2" thick insulated top lids. It comprises (3) solid hinged self-closing doors, (3) epoxy-coated wire shelves with height-adjustable clips, and digital controls with LED display. Auto defrost, front air breathing, and a galvanized steel bottom further enhance functionality. Operating on R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, it requires a 1/3 HP compressor, a 115v/60/1-ph power source, and consumes 3.0 amps. Certified by NSF, cETLus, and ETL-Sanitation, it comes with a cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.
