The Chef Base Refrigerator, a two-section unit measuring 72-3/8"W, features self-contained side-mounted refrigeration. It includes (4) heavy-duty stainless steel drawers with a 1,084 lbs. weight capacity and a 16-gauge stainless steel worktop. The digital controls with LED display, auto defrost, dual air chamber and vents, and high heat insulation ensure efficient performance. The exterior boasts stainless steel grips, worktop security corner guards, and a textured and laminated black vinyl finish. Both the interior and exterior are constructed with stainless steel, while the bottom and rear are made of galvanized steel. Supported by (3) leg stabilizers and (6) 5" swivel casters (3 locking), it operates on R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with 1/4 HP. It requires a 115v/60/1-ph power source, consuming 3.5 amps. Certified by NSF, cETLus, and ETL-Sanitation, it comes with a cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.
