Entree F-4, Gas Fryer, ETL/CETL, will allow you to fry a plenty of various products quickly and with even performance results. With 50 lbs oil capacity, 120,000 BTU power output and sufficient frying area, cooking big amounts of food is easy. The appliance accommodates two nickel chrome wire mesh baskets with plastic coated handles for simultaneous frying of different products or portions. Temperature can be accurately regulated with the help of 1 millivolt thermostat within the range of 200-400℉. The appliance has a robust construction with stainless steel front, top ledge and header, and high grade G90 galvanised sides and back. Adjustable legs are 6 inch high, casters are available.
