Three Burners

This compact char-rock broiler offers three independently controlled sections. Use a single knob to control the temperature of a 12-inch wide section of the cooking surface. This makes it easy to grill veggies on one burner, fish on another, and burgers on the third.

Cast Iron Grates

Getting professional-grade sear marks is easy thanks to the included heavy-duty cast-iron grates. Cast iron holds and distributes heat evenly for even, consistent cooking. For added versatility, the four grates are also reversible.

Lava Rocks

Your purchase also includes lava rocks for more even, delicious charbroiling. Lava rocks absorb and retain heat from the gas flame, distributing it to the other lava rocks for more widespread, even cooking. These rocks also catch drippings to produce flavorful smoke and flare-ups for a better-tasting product.

Adjustable Legs

Four stainless steel legs support the charbroiler while it's stationed on your countertop. Easily adjust the legs to level the appliance on an uneven surface or to create an ergonomic workstation for your cook.
