World Centric TO-SC-U34D, 9x6x2.5-Inch 2-Compartment Fiber Hinged Container, 500-Piece Case, ASTM D6400, BPI, USDA is made from wheat straw fiber and sugarcane bagasse, which makes these containers completely compostable and eco-friendly, as well as suitable for both cold and hot items. They don't contain petrochemicals, plastics or other 'planet-unsafe' components, their material naturally decays into organic matter in up to 1-3 and 2-4 months in commercial and home composting facilities, respectively. The construction is strong and sturdy, they are freezer/microwave safe and can be used as an effective and economic packaging solution for a large number of different food items.

Love the two-compartment feature because it's great for lunch delivery. The containers are spacious, durable, and do not leak - which is an absolute marvel given that they are made of fiber. Sure, these containers cost more than some similar options out there, but the leak-free feature is worth it, in my opinion. Besides, you simply cannot neglect the eco-friendly side of things these days.

The containers are of quality, and the batch has just enough of them, but I still wish people came up with a cheaper way to produce bio-products. I mean, if it's so natural, why does it cost so much?
