These high-performance burners come equipped with manual control knobs, standby pilots, and infinite heat controls. Its design includes heavy-duty 12-inch by 12-inch cast-iron grates. Cast iron retains and distributes heat well for even heating and consistent results. Plus, these grates are easy to clean and last much longer than grates made of other materials.
