I was thinking we could do without such a pricy part when we opened. But when summer came and we moved the stand to the street, it became evident that this sneeze guard is absolutely necessary. I never regretted this purchase.

We used to have a sneeze guard that only covered the grill from the top. I was kinda unhappy with it because I saw that dust can still sneak in. Call me an OCD maniac, but I couldn't have it. Now, our best dogs in the parish are perfectly shielded. Even though I had to dive into the cookie jar to buy it.

I just wish they posted more realistic pictures. It does its job perfectly but looks to me a bit like a quarantine unit from a sci-fi horror movie (I know I should watch less of those). Luckily, we could fix it by slapping a few stickers on.
