Win-Holt Equipment NHPL-1810-HH, 10-Pan Undercounter Heater/Proofer, NSF, ETL, is a perfect helper for commercial bakeries or similar foodservice establishments. Its capacity is ten 18x26-inch pans. The aluminum casing is covered with a poly top which can be used as a working surface. 4-inch polyurethane plate casters and corner bumpers help to move the appliance without much effort. A heating/proofing process can be easily observed through clear door, while a control panel is accessible without opening a cabinet door. Temperature level for Proof mode can be raised up to 115℉, for Heat mode - up to 185℉. Even heat distribution is ensured by circulating air blower and air baffle.
