The Heavy Duty Chophouse Broiler, spanning 45" in width, operates on gas with (3) 45,000 BTU burners and employs an over-fired deck type design. It features a 4-position adjustable broiler grid and a 1/2" certified griddle plate on top with 2" side and backsplashes. The front grease trough and stainless steel front, sides, legs, and undershelf provide durability and easy maintenance. With casters for mobility, this broiler has a power output of 135,000 BTU and holds certifications from CSA and NSF.
