The Heavy Duty Chophouse Broiler, measuring 36" wide, operates on gas with (3) 33,500 BTU burners and utilizes an over-fired deck type design. It features a 5-position adjustable broiler grid and a 1/2" certified griddle plate on top with 2" side and backsplashes. The front grease trough and stainless steel front, sides, legs, and undershelf ensure durability and ease of cleaning. Equipped with casters for mobility, this broiler has a power output of 100,000 BTU and holds certifications from CSA and NSF.
