The fan and air tunnel, along with (10) pairs of adjustable tray slides at 3" OC, guarantee optimal conditions. The 1/2 gallon water pan and switch for proofing or heated holding up to 190°F add versatility. The stainless steel construction, glass door, and drip trough with a removable drip pan ensure durability and ease of maintenance. Mounted on 5" casters (2 swivel, 2 rigid with locks), and with a 120v/50/60/1-ph power supply, it is cULus and UL EPH certified.
