This gas-powered double-deck Convection Oven, with standard depth and solid-state controls, features electronic spark ignition and a 5-hour timer with digital display enhancement. The oven's temperature range spans from 150° to 500°F, and each deck includes (5) oven racks. The independently operated removable doors with windows, porcelain-on-steel interior, and interior light enhance functionality and visibility. Constructed with stainless steel on the front, top, sides, and 8-inch high legs, each deck operates with a 1/2 HP blower motor and (2) 50,000 BTU burners. This oven holds certifications from NSF, CSA Star, CSA Flame, and ENERGY STAR®, meeting the highest standards for performance and energy efficiency.
