STI ST-6G-BASE, 8.25x5.13-Inch Wheat Straw Sushi Tray, 800/CS (Lids Sold Separately) is made from 100 percent sustainable and renewable wheat stalk fiber and bagasse (sugarcane fiber) which is unbleached, chlorine free, pesticide free and dye free. Gluten-free and made from the plant stalk, not grains. They’re compostable in either an industrial composting facility (1-6 months) or a home compost (as much as 12 months). They are also sturdily constructed which makes them have a strong, durable and cut resistant construction. Microwave secure: withstands heat and is liquid/oil resistant. Can be utilized both with cold and hot foods.
