The Grill Express™ Two-Sided Grill, similar to the previous model, is an electric unit with a 14"W x 10"D cooking surface. It features a fixed lower grill, a hinged upper grill, and smooth iron grill plates. The thermostatic control allows precise temperature adjustments, accommodating products up to 3" thick. With a 0.75" splash guard on the bottom platen and stainless steel front and sides, this grill meets cULus and UL EPH Classified standards.
