The Star-Max® Heavy Duty Griddle is a gas-powered countertop unit with a 24" W x 21" D cooking surface. It features a 1" thick polished steel griddle plate, embedded modulating thermostat every 12", heavy-duty knobs, and a wrap-around stainless steel splash guard. The griddle also includes a grease trough, stainless steel drawer, welded steel frame with a stainless steel front, and 4" legs. Operating at 56,600 BTU, it is cULus certified, UL EPH Classified, and ships with Natural gas, including an LP conversion kit.
