Baking is not my favorite! I hate greasing and trying to detach something from the tray when it sticks. I can't stand when the parchment sticks. At home, you can use a knife and save a pie or some meat, or whatever you are cooking. But in the restaurant, such food is ruined, and it goes right to the trash. This paper is a real savior! It works much better than anything I've tried before. The quality is outstanding!

It seems that a thousand pieces are a lot, but in commercial use, I would prefer a larger case. This parchment is really convenient and, somehow, baking becomes much easier when you apply it.

I have never thought that pre-cut baking parchment can make such a difference. It seems easy to cut it on your own. But it is not when you at the oven ten hours a day. And what I particularly love is that it doesn't roll because it is flat in the first place. I save so much time using it!
