This parchment paper is as durable as the ordinary one but more pricey. It is more culture-friendly, which is essential for many places. In my opinion, the number of clients who would prefer a kosher option is rather high. So, why not make it cheaper?

There were times when it wasn't possible to prepare 100% kosher food even in a traditional restaurant. But today, the technology really helps. We order these parchment liners for the second time already. They might seem much more expensive than regular parchments. But the price per piece is ridiculously low to decline such an opportunity. Besides, there is more than one serving baked on a liner, so the price difference gets not relevant at all.
