With solid state controls, boil out & melt cycle, 18"x14" cooking area, drain valve interlock, matchless ignition, self-clean burner, and downdraft protection, this system is constructed with a stainless steel tank and front and sides. It incorporates under-fryer drawer filtration and operates with a total power output of 300,000 BTU (-FFF). Certifications include ENERGY STAR®, CSA Flame, CSA Star, NSF, and CE.
