The unit has stainless steel exterior and coated aluminum interior with easy grip recessed handle. It is equipped with 11.42" sanitary food grade quality cutting board, full set of divider bars and sixteen (16) 4" deep pans only.

It features urethane foam insulated walls and doors. Comes with adjustable, heavy duty wire shelves (one per section/door) that are able to accommodate full size sheet pans and four (4) 3" diameter swivel casters with two (2) front brakes.
