The unit is constructed of stainless steel exterior and painted aluminum interior with urethane insulated walls and doors. It features self-closing, field reversible doors with recessed door handles.
It comes with adjustable, heavy duty epoxy coated shelves (one per section/door) that are able to hold full size sheet pans and four 3" diameter swivel casters with front brakes.
