Marchia MTR4 48-inch Refrigerated Countertop Salad Bar, Topping Rail, is a countertop refrigerator, specifically designed for toppings, salads or condiments storing and displaying. It is self-contained and uses a high hermetic compressor (R134a), aimed to give great efficiency at minimum energy consumption. This display case has a digital temperature controller to maintain 34-54℉ (direct cooling system) and an automatic defrost feature. The display has fanless gravity coil cooling system to prevent your product from drying out. 4 1/3 stainless steel pans are included. 4 sides all around glass glass makes this showcase an attractive and reliable solution for merchandising purposes.
