Marchia MSU50 50-inch Refrigerated Sushi Display Case, is a countertop refrigerator, specifically designed for sushi storing and displaying. It is self-contained and uses a high hermetic compressor (R134a), aimed to give great efficiency at minimum energy consumption. This display case has a digital temperature controller to maintain 34-50℉ (direct cooling system) and an automatic defrost feature, the top evaporator includes a basin to accumulate condensed water. The display has fanless gravity coil cooling system to prevent your product from drying out. 35" x 12.7" stainless steel pans are included. Arc-curved glass, convenient sliding door, bright interal LED lighting and stainless steel finish make this showcase an attractive and reliable solution for sushi merchandising purposes.
