The griddle includes a 4"W grease gutter, removable 1-gallon grease can with a weep hole, and a full-width rear flue for easy maintenance. Constructed with stainless steel front, sides, splash guard, and ledge, along with 4" stainless steel legs, it delivers 180,000 BTU and holds certifications from cETLus, NSF, and CE.
