IKON ISB-36, 36 inch Gas Salamander Broiler, is constructed using aluminized steel for maximum heat retention and heat distribution. It has stainless steel front, sides and top, welded and polished stainless steel seams. Gas-fired 40,000 BTU/hr. infra-red burner provides instant, even heating and features an adjustable gas valve. Two gas valve controls. One valve for each sid provides cooking flexibility. Infra-Red burner has incolloy metal screen to protect from breakage. Broiler grid is spring balanced, and it raises and lowers with positive locking in four positions. The grid rack assembly rolls out a full 10" for easy loading and unloading. Large capacity broiler pan fits under the 405 sq. in. broiler grid. The full width broiler pan can be easily removed for cleaning.
