A unique burner baffle distributes heat flow to provide even temperatures throughout the oven cavity. The unit has all stainless-steel tubing and solid brass components for a
long service life. With six open cast iron burners, this unit's large cook top can accommodate six stock pots or fry pans full of food at once. One piece Venturi base has no gaskets. Venturi slopes down to the burner, creating more efficient heating. Each 40,000 BTU burner has anti-clogging technology and is easily removed for cleaning.
