The snap-action thermostat ensures precise temperature control, and it includes joiner strips and a filter starter kit for convenience. With a stainless steel frypot, front, and sides, as well as casters for mobility, this fryer operates at 120v/60/1-ph with 6.8 amps, 1/3 HP, and produces 280,000 BTU. It holds certifications from CSA Flame, CSA Star, NSF, and CE.
