The Chefmate™ Meat Chopper with a #22 head size delivers a meat processing capacity of 450 lbs. per hour. It features manual reset motor overload protection and is suitable for beef, pork, venison only (NO poultry, cheese, or vegetables). The chopper is constructed with stainless steel and includes a knife, stainless steel product tray, 1/4" plate, 5/16" plate, stuffing tube (requires stuffing plate - not included), and a polycarbonate pusher. Powered by a 1-1/2 HP motor, it operates at 115v/60/1-ph and is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified.
