The Chefmate™ 36" Gas Charbroiler, featuring a 10-gauge stainless steel radiant, is a powerful addition to any kitchen. With a lift-off cooktop and a U-style burner providing heat control every 12" and flame every 6", it delivers precision in cooking. The heavy-duty cast iron grates with (3) adjustable grilling positions, 4" back and side splash, adjustable pilots with front access, and cool-to-touch front edge ensure safety and convenience. This charbroiler is field convertible to radiant or combination, and it comes with a Natural Gas with LP conversion kit included. It is CSA Sanitation certified.
