The Chefmate™ 24" Gas Griddle is designed for versatility and control. It features manual controls, a 3/4" polished griddle plate, and a lift-off cooktop. With 30,000 BTUs per burner and a U-style burner providing heat control every 12" and flame every 6", this griddle ensures consistent performance. The adjustable pilots with front access, 3-1/4" back and side splash, and cool-to-touch front edge enhance user convenience. Made of stainless steel, it comes with adjustable legs and stainless steel feet, a 3-1/4" trough, and is available in Natural Gas with an included LP conversion kit. It is CSA Sanitation certified.
