The Dry Aging & Thawing Cabinet, a one-section unit measuring 29-1/4"W with a 22.0 cu. ft. capacity, features self-contained bottom-mounted refrigeration. Its single glass hinged self-closing field-reversible door, equipped with a lock, opens to reveal (4) stainless steel shelves with height-adjustable clips. Digital controls with LED display, auto defrost, and LED interior lighting with an on/off switch ensure precise temperature management. The cabinet also features a pressure relief valve for added safety. Constructed with an aluminum interior wall and stainless steel floor, the sides are made of stainless steel, and the top, bottom, and rear are galvanized steel. Supported by (2) leg stabilizers and (4) 5" swivel casters (2 locking), this unit operates with R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and 1/3 HP, requiring a 115v/60/1-ph power source and consuming 3.0 amps. It comes with a cord and NEMA 5-15P plug, certified by NSF, cETLus, and ETL-Sanitation.
