Crown SCX-16, Steam-Coil Convection Steamer

This convection steamer features two compartments with an 8-pan capacity per compartment. Built on a 36" cabinet base, it offers automatic blowdown, a 60-minute timer per compartment, and removable pan supports with a drip trough. The water treatment system and split water line enhance functionality and maintenance. Crafted with a 316 stainless steel liner and a 304 stainless steel construction, it stands on 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet, meeting cCSAus and NSF standards.
