With a 70-degree rise, booster heater, and tank heat, it delivers powerful and efficient cleaning. The 7.5 HP pump motor, jet spray arms, and manual controls provide versatility in washing operations. The external wash down hose with a spray nozzle adds practicality, and the unit is constructed entirely of stainless steel for durability. This washer comes equipped with (1) stainless steel utensil rack with (2) hold-down lids and (2) stainless steel inserts for bun/sheet pans.
