The stainless steel top includes a refrigerated pan rail and a 19" cutting board for enhanced functionality. With a stainless steel front, sides, and top, an aluminum interior, and side-mounted self-contained refrigeration using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/2 HP compressor, it is certified by cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation.
