The Dipping Cabinet Freezer, with a temperature range of -10°F to 0°F, provides a substantial 20.9 cu. ft. of storage space. Designed for (12) flavors, it features sliding glass lids with a lock and key and includes six (6) heavy-duty, PVC-coated wire can support racks. Each rack is designed to hold (12) 3-gallon ice cream containers, with an extra container storage space below for (10) additional 3-gallon containers. The unit is equipped with a Lexan sneeze guard, maintenance-free condenser, full electronic control, adjustable thermostat, and a drain plug. Constructed with a galvanized metal exterior, pre-painted steel interior, and 2" casters, it operates on R290 refrigerant with a 1/3 HP compressor and is certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation.
