Heavy duty construction includes stainless front, side and top panels in stainless. Interior cabinet is constructed of stainless steel. Satin scotchbrite finish used on door, side panels, control panel and top. Interior of cabinet is polished. Interior and container support guides are constructed of stainless steel. Diamond-polished inner floor ensures improved hygiene. Chilling cavity features rounded corners and opening on the bottom for liquid drainage. Cabinets are insulated with CFC-free polyurethane insulation, 2.4 inch thickness. Doors are insulated and are self closing. Hinged fan covers allow for easy access to the evaporator and fan during cleaning. Door frames constructed with easily-removable magnetic gasket and feature frame heating device. Cylindrical stainless steel feet with plastic heat-resistant pads are height adjustable. Supplied with standard product core probe with L-shaped handle for easy extraction.
