The Super Deck Series Pizza Deck Oven, also powered by gas, features a 60"W x 36"D deck with two 8" high sections and 2" FibraMent® hearth decks. The micro-slides heat controls maintain a range of 300°F to 650°F, and the appliance has side/rear connections and aluminized steel interiors. It includes a stainless steel exterior finish, 7 gauge legs, and a 240,000 BTU power rating, meeting cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards.
